Order Cancellation, Returns, and Refund Policy

At KeenBey, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to make your shopping experience seamless and transparent. Please review our policies below to understand how we handle cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this, cancellations may not be possible due to order processing.

How to Cancel: Contact our support team via:

Provide your order number or receipt to initiate the cancellation.

Returns

Return Eligibility: You can return an item within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Note: Returns are not accepted for perishable goods, custom-made items, digital downloads, or items marked as non-returnable.

Mandatory Unboxing Video for Claims

  • A 360° unboxing video must be recorded before opening the courier package.
  • The video should be continuous (no pauses).
  • The issue must be clearly shown in the video.

❗ Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

How to Return: Contact us with your order number and reason for return via WhatsApp or Email. We will guide you through the process and provide a return address.

Return Shipping: The customer may be responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. Use a trackable method — we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

Refunds

Eligibility: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days and issued to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Shipping charges (unless return is due to our error)
